Where do you ship?

We ship all over the world! For deliveries outside of North America, please send us an email with your exact address for a shipping quote.

Has my order shipped? How do I track it?

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. For deliveries outside of North America, please send us an email with your exact address for a shipping quote.

My order is missing parts or arrived damaged.

We thoroughly check each product before shipping out an order. However, if you receive a product that is not acceptable to your standard, please send us an email with your order number and we will make it right.

I received the wring product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 1 year product replacement warranty on all our products. However, if you have experience a problem with our products outside of this time frame, please contact us via email and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We will offer a full refund on any product in original packing within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are generally issued with 5 days of receiving the product back.
